NY FLAVOR — SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a second email notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT), which are imposed once a shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

NY Flavor is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at:

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

If your purchase includes pre-order or made-to-order items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available. Estimated ship dates will appear on the product page.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
NY Flavor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Address change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order and are not guaranteed.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, NY Flavor is no longer responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your package is missing or damaged:

  1. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  2. Contact us at nyflavor2021@gmail.com so we can assist when possible.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.


SHIPPING DELAYS

NY Flavor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Peak holiday volume

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately.
If this occurs, you will receive individual tracking numbers at no additional cost.


RETURNED-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to pick up from carrier

  • Refusal of delivery

…will require a reshipment fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
